Fouad Siniora

Fouad Siniora is (2006) the prime minister of Lebanon.

Siniora, a former banker and university lecturer, grew up in Sidon with the slain former prime minister, Rafik al-Hariri, and became Mr Hariri's banker when the latter began amassing a multibillion dollar fortune. Hariri appointed Siniora to five post-civil war governments, usually as finance minister.

I mentioned this before: but I will mention it again because NOT A SINGLE Western correspondent in Beirut mentioned that this same beloved Fu'ad Sanyurah [Fouad Siniora] was banned from entering the US after Sep. 11 because he gave a donation to an organization that the US accused of terrorist links.
