Ibn Khaldoun Center for Development Studies (ICDS)

Note: this biography may be incomplete or out of date. Extension/update suggestions are welcome.

The Ibn Khaldoun Center for Development Studies (ICDS) is called after Abdel-Rahman Ibn Khaldun.

It is based in Cairo, although Ha'aretz says (in this article) that it is based in Tamra and that its chairman is (2008) As'ad Ghanem. Is the paper referring to a local branch?
