Ya'akov Efrati ... was (2003) head of the Israel Land Administration.

This fellow was one of three acquitted in March 2014, on the basis of reasonable doubt, in the Holyland case, one of the gravest corruption trials ever held against public officials in Israel, which saw 13 defendants face various bribery charges
