Avigdor Feldman (1948-), born Aaron Feldman in Tel Aviv, is is an influential human rights lawyer in Israel.

As the founder of the Litigation Center for the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) as well as a founding member of the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories (B'Tselem), Attorney Avigdor Feldman is respected by both Palestinians and Israelis for his work as leading advocate for justice.

He has appeared before the bench in many of the significant petitions presented to the Israeli High Court of Justice (Bagatz) regarding the settlements. He has also represented Mordechai Vanunu and the family of Tom Hurndall.
