Mohammed A'atzi/Asy (c. 1985-2013) was a Palestinian activist from Bayt Liqya. He was assassinated by Israeli "special forces" on 22 October 2013 - near Bil'in.

Dozens of Palestinians were injured in confrontations with Israeli forces in Bilin village on Tuesday, after Mohammed Asy was killed in an exchange of fire with Israeli Special Forces yesterday morning.
In the early hours of Tuesday, Israeli Special Forces engaged in a firefight with a Palestinian who was holed up in a cave. According to reports, at 7:00 am an Israeli Special Forces unit arrived to Naima, a village east of Bil’in, to arrest three Palestinians. One was successfully detained, while the other two managed to escape. One of the fleeing individuals took refuge in a cave and a firefight with Special Forces agents ensued. Israeli military sources reported that the Palestinian was killed.
