Brutality of the Israeli Occupation Army
  • The Israeli Occupation Army (IOA) raided and surrounded Al Thahra neighborhood in Al Isawiya town in east Jerusalem. Wafa (March 27, 2012)
  • The Israeli Occupation Army (IOA) raided Rummana village and stormed the house of the prisoner Sari Faraj Muhammad Sbeihat (23 years) allegedly for arresting him although he is already a prisoner in the Israeli jails. The IOA interrogated his family and searched the house. The IOA lso raided the house of As'ad Rifa'I under the pretext of searching for his son Noor, who wasn't present in the house at the time the Israeli raid to the house. Wafa (March 27, 2012).
  • Three brothers (Rashad Theib Shoukha in his twenties, and his brothers Anwar and Akram in their thirties) were hit by gunshots during the Israeli Occupation army raid to Rammun village in Ramallah Governorate. The Israeli Occupation Army did not permit a Palestinian ambulance to evacuate the men, and they were taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. One man suffered a gunshot wound to the neck, another in the chest, and a third in the thigh. Maannews (March 27, 2012).
  • The Israeli Occupation army manning the container checkpoint south of Bethlehem Governorate attacked resident Omar Adel Abu Ghlayoon and caused injury to him. Wafa (March 27, 2012)

  • An Israeli settler shot live bullets at resident Muhammad Hisham Abu 'Aker (18 years) in Bab Al Khan area in the old city of Hebron and injured him in the leg. Wafa (March 27, 2012). [PIWP editor: the victim bled to death because soldiers impeded access to an ambulance.]
  • Israeli settlers uprooted a number of Olive seedlings in Al Reheyieh village south of Hebron city owned by Al Tubasi family. The targeted seedlings are planted in a piece of land adjacent to Beit Hagai Settlement in Hebron. Safa (March 27, 2012).
  • Israeli settlers continue their attacks at Bab al-Rahmah cemetery and gravestones near the eastern wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in an attempt to transfer part of the Cemetery into a Talmudic park. ARN (March 27, 2012).

  • The Israeli Occupation army handed over resident Hussein Ghneimat a notification to demolish a number of water wells he owns in Kherbit Abu Musa west of Surif Town. Safa (March 27, 2012).
  • Crews of the Israeli Municipality of Jerusalem raided Silwan town and handed over demolition orders to five Palestinian families in Ein Al Louza ND Beer Ayyub.
